Job Description
- Implement design changes for battery packs (e.g. new standards quality improvement and cost reduction).
- Support part release process for changes on battery packs and chargers.
- Support quality topics to ensure consistent quality of battery packs and chargers.
- Interface to local battery manufacturing between PuT and EXS and build up good working relationship and perform shipments.
- Solve technical issues on battery packs with cross functional team members (Quality Value Stream Purchasing Logistic).
- Create and maintain part lists (BOM) provide BOM and BOM changes to EIS team.
- Create and maintain drawing changes.
- Apply all processes according to valid PT and Bosch procedures published in BGN.
Qualifications :
Formal Education
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge and Exposure
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of professional experience in the same area or less than 3 years of experience in a related area.
- Knowledge of assembly and manufacturing (Poka Yoke welding).
- Basic understanding of project management.
- Basic knowledge of design of metal/plastic components and part assemblies for consumer goods.
- Working in international project teams using English.
Knowledge Skills and Ability
- Transfer of technical requirements into a design solution by applying a systematic approach.
- Understanding causeeffect relationships of technical details.
- PC applications: Excel Word PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of LiIon technology.
- Good English and excellent communication skills.
- Basic system knowledge SAP.
