We are looking for a Call Center Operations Executive who is fluent in both English and Sinhala to handle customer inquiries provide support and ensure a seamless service experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer queries and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products services and promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure adherence to service quality standards and performance KPIs.
Fluency in both English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Prior experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
