Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us in London to focus on the Business Discovery Journey.
Your mission:
Youll be joining the onboarding squad. A Squad that introduces people to the world of Wise and helps them understand the ways our products can meet their needs through one unified experience across all our discovery surfaces.
Specifically focusing on our business audience youll be designing engaging surfaces and creating useful tools that equip people with the information they need to understand more about Wise.
What youll be doing:
Youll get to know Wise customers building empathy and deep understanding of their challenges and needs
Youll identify and drive enhancements that could improve our customer experience unlock growth and improve our operational processes.
Youll set a high bar for design excellence. Youll ensure outstanding experiences leading by example to produce highquality work no matter how big or small the task may be.
Youll use the full range of product design skills to discover design and deliver simple empathetic wellcrafted experiences for our business audience.
Youll collaborate across multiple teams and solve complex problems with crossfunctional partners.
Youll actively foster a healthy design culture shaping our collaborative practices and mentoring budding designers.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

About you:
Youve got a portfolio of wellcrafted impactful work that solves real problems for real businesses ideally in the fintech space
Youre a seasoned collaborator designing in the open leveraging other functions expertise and taking them on the journey with you.
You have strong interaction design skills with a passion for highquality fit and finish. You practise evidencebased design and can articulate your decisions clearly and credibly.
