Job Description
- Load and unload inventory from yards delivery trucks storage areas and production areas.
- Ensure that all incoming deliveries match company orders.
- Store goods in designated locations using cargo boards and pallets.
- Manage inventory by identifying cataloging and recording inventory locations.
- Record the number of units processed and moved each day with production slips. Operate various machines including hoists cameras cranes and forklifts to manage materials and inventory.
- Analyze coupons based on customer orders and get the right product for each order.
- Monitor supply levels and regularly submit purchase recommendations.
- Contact the supplier to receive or return the goods.
- Observe all safety and health rules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is a plus.
- Great physical shape with lift capacity up to 100 lbs.
- Willing to work overtime including weekends holidays and evenings.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
