This is a remote position.
As a Property Management VA (Marketing) you will play a key role in optimizing our property marketing efforts and ensuring leasing success. You will be responsible for managing digital listings monitoring vacancies and leveraging marketing platforms to maximize visibility and lead generation. This role requires strong attention to detail an analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate with property managers to enhance marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Update leasing specials bimonthly across platforms (AppFolio Zillow Apts Rent property websites) based on vacancies guest card traffic and pending applications.
- Monitor vacancies and escalate concerns if prolonged high vacancy rates persist.
- Set up and manage social media ads ensuring property managers Facebook postings align with marketing goals.
- Update marketing photos and pricing per manager/owner requests.
- Compile and analyze lead data compared to marketing spend on a monthly basis.
- Manage marketing platform accounts including packages listing accuracy and billing issues.
- Regularly audit marketing platforms to ensure accurate and updated information is displayed.
- Provide ROI insights on digital ad campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc..
- Conduct market research and collaborate with marketing vendors to assess competition.
- Coordinate property photo/video shoots for marketing purposes.
- Identify and leverage preleasing opportunities.
- Monitor and manage activity on property Facebook pages creating new pages as needed.
- Maintain and optimize Google Business accounts.
- Utilize and maximize AppFolio s marketing features including reporting and premium listings.
- Track and manage advertising contracts processing billing and forecasting cancellations as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience in leasing coordination.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Experience with AppFolio Zillow Apts Rent and property websites is preferred
- Knowledge on utilizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads is preferred
- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available

Qualifications: Excellent command of the English language. Property Maintenance experience for a US Based client of at least 1 year. Proven experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related field. Prior remote work experience is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and property management software. Knowledge of property maintenance, repair procedures, and vendor management. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
