- Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- 5 years of handson experience developing custom Salesforce solutions (Apex VF LWC) integrations and data migrations.
- 5 years of expertise in creating technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations.
- 7 years of experience in full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and managing people.
- A bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) and a passion for continuous growth and learning.
