Job Description

We are seeking a CzechSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Sofia Bulgaria. Whether you have prior experience or are looking for a fresh start in the customer service field we welcome you to apply!

What Youll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in Czech.
  • Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and problem resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Guide customers through company services policies and processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve services.
  • Work closely with team members and managers to achieve performance goals and maintain highquality service.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced customeroriented environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required we provide full training!
  • Willingness to work onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
