We are seeking a CzechSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Sofia Bulgaria. What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and problem resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through company services policies and processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve services.
- Work closely with team members and managers to achieve performance goals and maintain highquality service.

What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced customeroriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required we provide full training!
- Willingness to work onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
