Job Description

We are Enteractive a service provider in the online gambling (iGaming) industry. We are the industry leader and the experts in player reactivation. Be it online casino or sportsbook we know how to reactivate players and increase their retention and loyalty to the brands we work with. Through our custommade tech (Re)Activation Cloud we communicate with players around the world to promote our clients platforms while making sure they play responsibly!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment and is passionate about nurturing talent enhancing employee experiences and contributing to organizational growth. While your primary focus will be the Malta office you will also provide support to our other offices worldwide as needed. This role involves close collaboration with the broader HR Talent Acquisition and Office teams to ensure seamless operations and shared goals.

What youll be doing

    Human Resources Management:

    • Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle including onboarding employee relations performance management and offboarding.

    • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

    • Act as the first point of contact for employees addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.

    • Support the implementation and communication of companywide HR initiatives and programs.

    • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases and systems efficiently.

    • Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits administration.

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for a variety of roles within the Malta office and provide recruitment support for other offices globally.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements define candidate profiles and ensure effective sourcing strategies.

    • Utilize multiple channels including job boards social media platforms and recruitment agencies to source candidates.

    • Conduct initial screenings coordinate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

    • Manage the employer branding strategy to enhance visibility and promote the company as an employer of choice.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in both human resources and talent acquisition.

  • Strong knowledge of Maltese employment law and practices; familiarity with international HR policies is a plus.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proactive solutionoriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment platforms.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition roles.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
