Own and continuously improve both internal and external knowledge bases by creating structuring and maintaining highquality technical content (user guides release notes troubleshooting articles FAQs).
Collaborate with Product Support and Customer Success teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear concise and actionable documentation.
Proactively identify gaps inconsistencies and outdated content ensuring all materials reflect the latest product updates and customer needs.
Leverage documentation tools and best practices to optimize information accessibility and usability.
Training & Enablement 40
Design and deliver engaging training programs including elearning courses live workshops and certification tracks tailored for internal teams with plans to expand to customers and partners.
Break down technical concepts into digestible interactive learning experiences that enhance product adoption and proficiency.
Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback performance data and key metrics such as completion rates engagement levels and posttraining proficiency improvements.
Product Education & Project Coordination 20
Support product launches and feature rollouts by developing enablement plans and clear audiencespecific messaging.
Work crossfunctionally to ensure seamless knowledge transfer aligning internal teams and customers on product capabilities and best practices.
Continuously refine internal workflows to improve collaboration and accelerate content delivery.
Qualifications :
A skilled technical writer with a proven track record of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
Handson experience creating managing and improving documentation in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication and instructional design skills you know how to educate and engage through both written and verbal mediums.
Detailoriented and qualitydriven with the ability to maintain consistency across all content.
Project management expertise comfortable juggling multiple deliverables while collaborating across teams.
Adaptable curious and eager to learn new tools technologies and methodologies to enhance customer enablement.
