Job Description
Develop relationship with Airlines and Steam Shipping Lines as well as other Service Providers that offer services to our Network.
Manage RFQs as well as quotes received at the branch level;
Followup with Origin and Destination Offices;
Manage special deals like baskets and Named Accounts Contracts;
Manage and control the sending of quotations to external and internal customers;
Monitoring the results of quotations with internal and external customers as well as with the sales team;
Register the rates approved by the customers with the Service Providers;
Manage access to quotation system used internally;
Manage the performance of lost and won business as also as main lanes and raise strategic actions;
Provide timely updates to our customers with Market Updates;
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree preferred.
6 months experience with Pricing
Effective interpersonal skills
Good computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Attention to Detail
Fluent in English preferred.
