Job Description
Description of the role:
Preferred Care at Home of Bergen County West is currently seeking Registered Nurses for immediate positions available in Hackensack New Jersey. As an RN you will provide highquality nursing care to our patients while adhering to the highest professional standards. Your compassion dedication and attention to detail will be invaluable in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions vital signs and progress
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Create and update patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Basic computer skills
