Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as Support Workerin our Supported Living service. You will play a vital role in helping individuals with a variety of needs to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life.
What you will be doing:
- Support with daily activities including cooking cleaning and shopping.
- Assist with managing finances medications and appointments.
- Encourage and empower individuals to participate in social and community activities.
- Promote independence and help individuals achieve their personal goals.
- Build positive relationships and offer emotional support to those in your care.
