While we are headquartered in Calgary and maintain a satellite office in Houston most staff elect to telecommute.

What You Would Do in This Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist provides quality assurance support for allprojects and interacts with a multidisciplinary team. Duties include:

• Assisting in the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Assisting in the coordination of QMS audits
• Assisting in the creation of the audit program for project audits (audit planschedule checklist reports etc.
• Ensuring systems and procedures are implemented in compliance with therequirements of the QMS
• Monitoring and tracking project deficiencies
• Maintaining the action request database and facilitating the closeout of actionrequests
• Reviewing project deliverables to verify that client requirements are met
• Assisting the Quality Assurance Lead with department tasks
• Performing other duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified ISO 9001 quality auditor
• One year of experience in a quality assurance or internal audit capacity
• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• Familiarity with maintaining a QMS
• Previous internal auditing experience
• Strong coordination skills and proven ability to work in a multidisciplinaryenvironment

Preferred

• Postsecondary education in a technical field
• Five years experience in a quality assurance or internal audit capacity
