What Youll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate daily underground production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain productivity.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
