Position : Business Development Representative(South Africa & LATAM Hiring)
Client Industry: Product Customization and ondemand fulfillment solutions/Software Development
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 40 hours a week UK business hours
Salary Range :USD plus commission to be agreed
About the job:
As a Business Development Representative you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by identifying engaging and securing new clients. In this senior role you will also be responsible for nurturing and developing key relationships with existing clients driving sustainable business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing product and operations to ensure seamless of growth strategies. This position requires a high degree of autonomy strategic thinking and the ability to lead business initiatives that align with the client's vision and goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research Lead Generation Sales:
- Conduct indepth market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the customization and ondemand production space.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Proactively develop a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach (via LinkedIn email campaigns networking events etc..
- Initiate first meeting with qualified leads and involve existing cleint's sales team member
- Assist in preparing proposals and sharing with qualified leads
- Follow up qualified leads in a timely manner
- Adjust proposal present proposal to qualified lead
- Work collaboratively on pricing proposal and work with client's existing team members to close deal
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new clients serving as a primary point of contact for qualified leads you develop
- Actively engage clients postsale to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm partnerships.
Sales Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Analyze and report on sales performance metrics providing datadriven insights to inform sales strategies and adjust client outreach efforts.
- Track sales data and progress toward goals presenting findings to senior management to support decisionmaking.
- Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to manage client information update opportunities and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
Business Development Strategy:
- Identify and engage new business partners that can contribute to client'ss growth and product expansion.
- Regularly contribute ideas for product and service improvements based on client feedback and industry insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS business development or sales role.
- Proven success in a B2B environment with a focus on 3D PLM customization retail or supply chain industries preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage longterm client relationships.
- Experience in the 3D product customization or ondemand production industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs Sheets Slides).
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools as needed.
