Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a resultsdriven Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in paid advertising SEO and email marketing with a strong datadriven approach to campaign performance and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management 10–15 hours/week)
- Plan launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives copy and targeting to maximize performance.
- Analyze key metrics (CTR CPA ROI) and make datadriven adjustments.
Website & SEO Optimization 10–12 hours/week)
- Optimize ecommerce product listings descriptions and landing pages to drive conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and implement onpage SEO best practices.
- Work with the content team to align messaging and improve search rankings.
Email Marketing 8–10 hours/week)
- Design write and execute targeted email campaigns using automation tools.
- Create automated workflows such as abandoned cart and postpurchase sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to increase engagement.
Performance Reporting & Analysis 5 hours/week)
- Track and report on key marketing performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Present reports in a clear datadriven format for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising SEO and email marketing.
- Handson experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) is a plus.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Drip or similar platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads Manager).
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush).
- Ability to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative and analytical mindset with a focus on performancedriven results.
