Your Mission
Be the handson driver of focus followthrough and operational excellence at Sunday. Youll work across teams to help sharpen project goals track progress surface risks and ensure were spending our time and energy where it matters most.This is not a backoffice role youll be in the middle of the action helping Product Creatives and UA teams translate ideas into results fast.
What you will do:
- Support team leads in defining and scoping highimpact projects and initiatives.
- Track timelines milestones and expected outcomes for priority projects.
- Run regular checkins with teams to monitor progress and surface blockers.
- Maintain simple usable dashboards for project and initiative status.
- Help by providing data for conditions pivot triggers and decision points for initiatives.
- Support quarterly planning and OKR alignment with MDs and department heads.
- Act as a crossfunctional enabler to keep momentum high and distractions low.
Who you are:
- 24 years of experience in operations project management or consultinglike roles.
- Previous experience in mobile gaming is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills youre a natural at keeping things on track.
- Comfortable working across functions talking to devs one hour and marketing the next.
- Outcomeoriented: you focus on what matters not just whats planned.
- Startup DNA: fastmoving resourceful comfortable with ambiguity.
