Job Description

    A Customer Support Executives primary responsibility is to assist customers with inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience often through phone email or chat.


Requirements


  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to lead a team.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Computer skills.

  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
