Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Type: Freelance Remote
Responsibilities:
- Generate online leads of property owners interested in renting out their property.
- Utilize various online platforms and strategies to identify potential leads.
- Contact and engage with property owners to gauge their interest in renting out their properties.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and followup activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new leads.
- Achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online lead generation digital marketing or related fields.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends is a plus.
Compensation:
- Rate per Qualified Lead: Rs 1000
- Rate per Lead Closure: Rs 2500
