Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Senior Java Developer (Backend)
Location: Portugal
Work Regime: Remote & fulltime
Overview / Summary:
LUZA Group is looking for a Senior Java Developer to integrate our development team and to collaborate with a client company within the retail area.
This job opportunity is full remote but the person must be based in Portugal.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design coding testing and deployment
- Work in Agile environment
- Design and implement backend solutions
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on JAVA (newer versions are a plus)
- Experience with Dynatrace is a plus
- Experience with Spring Boot and other relevant backend frameworks
- Knowledge in Terraform.
- Knowledge in Kafka.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud Services (or other cloud platforms such as AWS Google Cloud etc.
- Experience with GraphQL Federation.
- Proficiency in English

Mandatory Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience relevant for the role; Vast experience with Vanilla Javascript; Experience with React.Js or Next.Js; Experience with Azure Cloud is a plus. Experience with New Relic is a Plus. Use state management like Redux or other.
