Job Description

Construction Sales Representative in Kolkata West Bengal will be responsible for generating new business developing client relationships and meeting sales targets by selling construction products or services directly to customers in the field requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Generate leads through networking cold calling and referrals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Product Knowledge & Technical Skills:
Possess indepth knowledge of construction products or services.
Be able to explain technical specifications and benefits to clients.
Assist clients with product selection and application.
Sales Process Management:
Follow up on leads and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals.
Prepare and submit sales reports.
Other Duties:
Attend trade shows and industry events.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing technical support).
Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction products or services.
ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for field sales roles.
