A leading hospitality and remotesite catering group in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Banquet & Events Manager to oversee highvolume events corporate functions and catering operations. This is a handson leadership role focused on maintaining service quality organizing event logistics managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction across complex operations.
Oversee the planning and of largescale catering events and banquets
Manage event logistics buffet layouts service sequences and team deployment
Conduct detailed preevent briefings site inspections and operational checks
Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed across all functions
Supervise staff performance and training to maintain efficiency and professionalism
Coordinate closely with culinary and F&B teams for menu planning and
Manage inventory equipment readiness and digital event tools (menu displays allergen tags)
Actively resolve client complaints and implement service improvement plans
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and sustainability standards
Minimum 8 years of experience in banqueting events or largescale hospitality operations
Experience in hotels contract catering or highvolume venues preferred
Strong command of English language (verbal and written) Certificate required
Proven leadership in multisite or highpressure event settings
Skilled in planning team management and client coordination
Handson solutionsoriented and proactive approach to event
Valid certifications in food safety hygiene and HACCP
