WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH MAYBE YOUR MISSION

At HANGAR49 we don t just sell we create valuedriven strategic relationships. We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Lead to drive client acquisition open new business opportunities and help shape the future of our sales approach. Your mission is to:

  1. Identify target and engage potential clients who would benefit from our lead generation expertise.
  2. Develop compelling outreach strategies to generate interest book meetings and convert leads into longterm clients
  3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine our methods tools and engagement strategies for maximum impact.

Where we get this right our pipeline grows and you ll be at the heart of making that happen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business deals.
  • Identify and build relationships with decisionmakers across various industries.
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts via LinkedIn email calls and direct messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies messaging and sales processes.
  • Experiment with and implement new sales techniques tools and automation methods to enhance effectiveness.
  • Present HANGAR49 s value proposition confidently in client meetings and pitches.
  • Work with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure strong brand positioning.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 5 years in business development sales or growthrelated roles with proven success in closing deals.
  • Strong prospecting and outreach experience particularly using LinkedIn email and direct engagement.
  • Techsavvy and AIcompetent able to use automation tools to streamline prospecting.
  • Confidence in consultative selling negotiating and pitching to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to drive strategy.
  • Experience working in fastpaced highgrowth environments.
  • Excellent communication storytelling and relationshipbuilding skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales SaaS or lead generation services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
  • Strong copywriting skills for outreach messaging and proposals.
  • Understanding of multichannel sales strategies.
  • International sales experience is a plus.
