Your Opportunity
As the Senior Change Analyst youll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of Cuscals Group Risk and Compliance transformation program. From codesigning implementing and embedding the change management initiatives across the Program to deliver sustainable Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability and risk cultural uplift your work will make a tangible difference to the businesses and customers that the Australian financial sector serves.
Youll also make an impact by:
- Codesigning developing and delivering change management artefacts e.g training materials communication materials publications presentations training sessions.
- Supporting the design and development and maintenance of a portfolio view of all Program inflight and pipeline change initiatives.
- Providing transparent and clear outcomes/insights on impacts and timing of changes to ensure effective Program decisions and business decisions.
- Supporting the change management initiatives within the Program to support successful delivery of the overall Program Diamond risk uplifts.
- Supporting design and delivering proactive and responsive communications strategies to communicate effectively about program initiatives.
What youll bring
Youre a problem solver with an inquisitive nature you have excellent communications skills and a passion for strategic thinking. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are driven to contribute to a dynamic team.
To succeed in this role youll have:
- Experience with large scale organisational change efforts in delivering risk capability and cultural uplift.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools on complex and regulatory focus programs.
- 4 years of experience in Change Management
