Job Description
Gameloft Compliance Specialists ensure that Sony PlayStation standards are respected and correctly implemented in the games they are testing.
You will collaborate closely with Production teams technical support teams and other QA specialists.
- Main handson QA point of contact for PlayStationrelated topics on assigned titles
- Conduct thorough compliance testing for console games against platformspecific requirements applicable
- Collaborate closely with development teams to provide clear feedback insight and solutions for compliancerelated issues.
- Identify report and track compliance issues using bugtracking tools with clear logical and technical details
- Stay informed on the latest Sony PlayStation technical developments and requirements updates
- Proactively find ways to share your knowledge inside the QA department
- Stay in touch with stakeholders to unblock any PlayStation topic as needed
- Prepare and send Compliance QA reports validating the title for Sony PlayStation submission
- Develop and maintain documentation on compliance best practices and testing procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to QA team members on compliance testing methodologies.
Qualifications :
Tech skill
- Thorough knowhow of all Sony PlayStation requirements
- Thorough knowhow of testing methodologies and bugs lifecycle
- Technical and process platformspecific knowledge (Console SDK TRC DevNet Target Manager Neighborhood etc.
- Familiar with the video game development process and environment
- Familiar with Submission manager tool from Sony for submission process
- Experience working with bug tracking and documentation tools (Jira Confluence TestRail)
Soft skill
- Able to plan make priority multitasking and autonomous at work
- Great attention to detail sharp observation / pattern recognition and analytical thinking.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to think critically and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams from different countries.
- Advanced English skills and high confidence in communicating with peers and stakeholders in English.
- Selfmotivated positive attitude growth mindset continuously seeking for improvements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of PlayStation Compliance QA testing experience
- Shipped at least 3 games on console as Sony Compliance Specialist or Certification Tester
- Hands on experience with the Sony submission process
- Passion for video games
