Job Description
1. Job Purpose:
The Senior ManagerDigital will be responsible in leading technology strategy system architecture and software development teams. This role is responsible for ensuring scalable highperformance and secure technology solutions that support business growth. This position shall have deep expertise in cloud computing microservices APIdriven development DevOps automation and modern software engineering best practices while demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
2. Main Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Architecture
- Define scalable highperformance architectures for applications and services.
- Ensure stability and continuity of the existing tech stack while implementing new innovative solutions.
- Make architectural decisions that optimize performance security scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and recommend cuttingedge technology solutions.
- Lead the adoption of cloud computing microservices and APIdriven architectures.
- Architect and oversee cloudnative or hybridcloud solutions on AWS Azure or GCP.
Software Development & Engineering Excellence
- Guide and mentor development teams in coding standards best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews enforce development processes and ensure highquality software delivery.
- Drive agile development methodologies to enhance team productivity and software reliability.
- Ensure best practices in security performance optimization and fault tolerance.
- Oversee API design and data management strategies (SQL NoSQL REST GraphQL).
DevOps CI/CD & Automation
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines DevOps automation and modern software deployment strategies.
- Ensure containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and cloudnative infrastructure are optimized for scalability.
- Improve system monitoring incident response and disaster recovery strategies.
- Optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) for efficiency and consistency across environments.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Project
- Work closely with Product Owners Business Analysts and DevOps teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Own and manage technical roadmaps timelines and resource planning to align with business goals.
- Act as the primary technical contact for crossfunctional teams thirdparty vendors and external partners.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of system architecture APIs and technical solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a digital in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry or a related sector.
- Strong experience in software architecture system design and microservices
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js PHP Golang etc..
- Handson experience in frontend frameworks (Flutter Native React Angular Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines DevOps automation and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Experience in API design (REST GraphQL) and database management (SQL NoSQL).
- Solid grasp of scalability performance optimization and security best practices.
- Bestinclass digital experience and knowledge with a deep understanding of business agile design thinking and technology.
- Experience in managing tech teams and driving business outcomes especially in high dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams
