Job Description
Management and installation of Microsoft Client Operating Systems W10/W11
MS O365 Installation and support
MS Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory Management
MS SQL database 2016/2019 Management
Backup management
Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs and migrations
To follow up and plan application implementations and integrations
ERP (Axapta SAP etc. knowledge
To provide and support services for ERP and business applications
Evaluate prioritize and respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner to assist users for experiencing problems with hardware software networking and other computerrelated technologies
Qualifications :
Graduate from Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Information Technologies and Programming / Management Information Systems faculties
Having at least 3 years of experience in IT
Fluent English in written and spoken
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Capable of taking initiative proactive and innovative approach
Having a creative proactive and analytical perspective in problem solving
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
