We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to be a part of our team in the Regional People & Culture team.
- Responsible of all recruitment process such as; CV screening phone interviews facetoface and online interviews reference checking and hiring procedures follow up new hire onboarding process.
- Managing all employeerelated documentation and HR processes through collaboration with payroll team
- Assist with the administration of employee lifecycle processes.
- Managing operational processes within HR
- Coordinating region and store people & culture teams
Qualifications :
- University degree from reputable universities and related departments
- Preferably 1 years of experience in recruitment field or new graduates with longterm internship experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines
- Eager to learn about different People & Culture topics
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Problem solving skills to be able to work in different areas
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
