Position Description
We are looking for a proactive intern to join our Sales Development & Marketing Teams for a 4month internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in lead generation event coordination digital marketing and market research while working in a fastpaced international environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Development Support:
Assist in reviewing and qualifying inbound leads to identify potential business opportunities.
Support prospecting and outreach campaigns ensuring effective engagement with target accounts.
Conduct market research to develop and refine target account lists for sales initiatives.
Manage and analyze data to derive insights that improve sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities Marketing:
Assist in the planning and coordination of EcoVadis events and webinars.
Support thirdparty event sponsorships ensuring smooth and followup.
Draft and post social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Contribute to email marketing campaigns including drafting outreach emails and tracking performance.
Qualifications :
- Current University Student: Eligible for an onsite internship with the ability to establish an internship agreement.
Strong Written & Verbal Communication: Ability to craft compelling messages for outreach marketing content and sales interactions.
Organized & DetailOriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring accuracy in .
Technology & Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools.
Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to balance multiple projects meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Analytical & Research Skills: Interested in data analysis and deriving actionable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
Social Media Management Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with content creation and platform management is a plus.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required and proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage for engaging with APJ markets.

- Location: Hong Kong
- Working Hours: 3 days per week
- You must be living and studying in the location advertised
- Office attendance is expected
