Job Description
We are currently recruiting for:
- Section Waiters/Waitresses Lunch & Dinner
- Breakfast Attendants
- Meetings & Events Attendants
You will join our Food & Beverage team and assist in the smooth operation of our catering outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests. You will be part of a Food & Beverage team that delivers outstanding service across breakfast lunch and dinner as well as a premium bar offering and our meetings & events space.
Hourly Pay rates:
- Mon to Fri: $24.98 $2.72 evening loading after 7pm)
- Saturday: $31.23
- Sunday: $37.47
- Public Holidays: $56.21
Plus:
- Weekly guaranteed hours
- Annual leave entitlements
- Sick leave entitlements
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your food stories with our patrons.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail
- The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages
- An ability to find the Yes in every situation
- A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
- A calm nature in the midst of a fast paced environment
- The necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
- A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
The must haves:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and on weekends
