Position Overview:
Visa is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled and motivated Digital Platforms Manager to join its Products Team in Mexico. This role is pivotal in defining and executing our digital agenda driving the implementation of Visas digital products and solutions and expanding our leadership in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the payments industry with a focus on digital and mobile payments and a proven track record in product development and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and develop consumer strategies and tactics to expand Visas leadership in Mexicos digital payment space.
Drive the successful implementation of Visas Digital Products and Solutions including tokenization (Visa Token Service VTS) authentication solutions (Cloud Token Framework CTF Passkey) and Click to Pay (CTP) and as well as new products or functionalities of existing core debit / credit products.
Develop key performance indicators for digital product categories.
Expand access and explore new digital product issuance through early detection of client needs.
Implement new commercial intelligence strategies for digital product development to gather valuable market segment information.
Provide consultative product expertise for internal clients issuers and partners to enhance understanding of our digital products and new services.
Develop and implement effective product management strategies spearheading the implementation and expansion of new and existing digital solutions.
Identify and partner with leading digital solutions in the market to enhance the value we provide to our clients and partners.
Actively monitor developments in digital payments and commerce developing opinions and ideas on their implications for Visa and innovation.
Prioritize across multiple work streams with guidance from senior leadership highlighting plans risks and dependencies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualification
5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2
years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD
MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work
experience.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Engineering or a related
field. MBA Highly preferred.
Experience in the payments industry or a related field.
Stellar Problem Solving Skills with a curious and inquisitive mindset.
Broad experience in the Payments industry 5yrs) with proven results in
product development or product management at a payments fintech global
payments network leading consumer bank or related payment companies
Strong business analytical skills to develop and implement new digital
products or functionalities using Human Centric Design methodology.
Ability to translate client needs into product requirements
Solid technical knowledge and proven experience in implementing digital
payments solutions such as digital onboarding solutions risk and identity
solutions tokenization APIs realtime payments ecommerce solutions.
Strong understanding of Visas core payments network business.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities strong bias towards databased
decision making and comfort with financial analysis
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively
work with crossfunctional teams.

Proven experience in digital product commercial management particularly in e
commerce solutions working with global payment solution providers
merchants bigtech issuers and acquirers.
Advanced understanding of ecommerce payment solutions for merchants.
Proven ability to articulate and discuss the value of authentication within the e
commerce payment ecosystem.
Indepth knowledge of leveraging Visa Secure to reduce fraud improve UX and
increase approvals.
Passionate about UXcentered design API products consumer and merchant
experience with a focus on driving product adoption and usage rates.
Data and insightsdriven capable of generating comprehensive market
approaches.
Industry expertise in fintechs bigtech and PSPs.
Exceptional problemsolving skills with a curious and inquisitive mindset.
Strong sense of ownership and impactdriven mindset able to quickly
overcome commercial technical industry and internal challenges.
Detailed understanding of the Mexican regulatory landscape affecting e
commerce payments.
Experience in digital product management or ecommerce solutions.
Knowledge of authentication within the ecommerce payment ecosystem.
Understanding of Visa Secure UXcentered design and API products.
Datadriven with the ability to assist in generating comprehensive market
approaches.
Basic understanding of the Mexican regulatory landscape affecting e
commerce payments.
