Position: Commercial & Industrial Sales Professional
Location: Pasco Hernando Pinellas Counties FL
Responsibilities: As a Commercial & Industrial Sales Professional working for the Gulf Coast Culligan Franchise you will be responsible for selling water treatment applications to business customers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers providing ongoing support and handling service issues. Our customers are in every industry including schools hospitals hotels restaurants car washes food & beverage manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies.
Specific Job Function:
- Responsibilities include growing the existing customer base prospecting on local businesses and new construction projects following up on incoming sales leads researching new building projects bidding on projects establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with engineers contractors construction managers and business owners and operators.
- C&I Sales Professional work as partners with their customers to determine the best water solutions for the needs of their business. Starting with a water analysis and a review of system requirements the C&I Sales Professional can help customers increase the life span of their equipment on water treatment chemicals reduce downtime and enhance water quality.
- Culligan's C&I Sales Professional use a consultative customerfocused sales approach that sets Culligan apart from our competition. In addition to selling our products the sales representative should be able to consult with customers on product application and installation.
- Culligan's solutions include a variety of product offerings: water conditioning water softening reverse osmosis bottleless coolers deionized services parts and repairs and service contracts.
- BusinesstoBusiness cold calling is required.
- Culligan provides customers flexible financing with purchase rental or lease options.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Engineering preferred
- 5 years sales experience
- Capital Equipment / Engineering Services or Sales Background preferred
- Experience with water treatment equipment and/or technologies will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Extensive travel required (add details on travel requirements)
