We are looking for an experienced and talented Team Lead of our Sales team.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and prioritize sell strategies in region/country based on the supply needs GEO new products features
- Monitor the development of relationships with strategic clients in region/country (based on revenue growth)
- Proactively react to market changes and adopt business strategy and operational objectives accordingly
- Give input for the business development priorities based on business operation experience with current clients in the region/country
- Maintain quality and quantity of clients launching within a specific region
- Perform analysis of new products and solutions/ideas from competitors; facilitate idea generation of new ad type and formats/features that can be interesting to the local digital advertising market
- Review check and approve necessary documents: financial and business proposals commercial offer letters exclusive/nonexclusive agreement
- Active participation in the events for the target (affiliates and bet companies) around the country
- Involve a team in the companys marketing activities as needed (invite to take part in the webinar as a speaker/participant invite to a meetup etc.
- Deal with all departments inside of MGID and industry committees
- Sell to affiliates local ad agencies and direct brands in real estate pharmaceutical education finance sectors and others as well
Requirements
Who you are:
- 5 years of experience in digital ads sales
- Ability to adapt to dynamic ad tech market and highdemanding advertisers
- Perfect knowledge of digital products
- Experience of managing sales team
- Excellent AdTech/MarTech market network
- Bachelor/Masters degree
- Fluent English with fluent pronunciation
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Prior agency and/or affiliate marketing experience
