At Alrdy we craft conversiondriven visually stunning websites for B2B tech companies that want their online presence to match the innovation of their product. Our streamlined fun and efficient process allows us to deliver exceptional results fast without endless revisions or overcomplicated workflows.
Were now looking for a Web Designer who lives for great visual design knows how to make digital products shine and wants to fully own projects from concept to final polish. This role is perfect for someone with 35 years of handson web design experience whos obsessed with craft and eager to design websites that make people say whoa!.
This is a fully remote position but if youre based in Berlin youre welcome to join us in our coworking space.
Tasks
- Design modern conversionoptimized websites for B2B SaaS and tech companies.
- Transform overcomplicated screenshots into beautiful product visuals that showcase our clients solutions.
- Take full ownership of client design projects from brief to final handoff.
- Design with attention to detail spacing colors typography and layout should feel effortless and intentional.
- Think in motion: you dont need to animate but your designs should support smooth transitions and microinteractions.
- Work closely with us (Marina & Ben) to bring your designs to life in Webflow.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience designing marketing websites (ideally for SaaS or digital products).
- Excellent typographic and graphic design skills.
- High level of taste in design you care deeply about how something looks and why it works.
- Figma pro. Bonus: Adobe Suite and AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; German skills are a strong plus.
