Location: Sheffield or London
Permanent fulltime
Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive our most customercritical software implementation projects. This role involves overseeing largescale cloud migrations software upgrades and strategic technology initiatives all aimed at shaping the future of financial services technology.
What will the role involve
- Leading and delivering large complex cloud migrations software upgrades and enterprisewide implementations.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships internally and externally ensuring projects align with business objectives.
- Overseeing project planning budgeting forecasting risk management and governance with a strategic mindset.
- Driving project performance by proactively identifying risks resolving challenges and ensuring smooth .
- Providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
We want to hear from you if you bring expertise in enterpriselevel software implementation delivery and possess most of the following:
- 7 years of Project Management experience in customerfocused software delivery.
- A strong background in enterprise software implementations upgrades and onpremises to cloud migrations.
- Demonstrated success in delivering highvalue complex projects within structured governance frameworks.
- Extensive experience in budget management risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
- Ability to tackle escalations and critical project challenges driving initiatives back on track.
- A confident leader with exceptional communication skills and facetoface client interaction experience.
- A proactive resultsdriven approach with expertise in managing change within a large ecosystem.
