Position description Handles customers facetoface or through phone chat or mail. Interact with clients to handle their complaints requests or other concerns. Able to help with the customer but may also refer them to a supervisor if needed.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
Proper usage and implementation of 5S in his/her working areas.
Support in the processing of customer orders and transactions.
Supporting on handling of customer complaints.
Handle and respond to mail and call from customers and arrange service calls.
Liaise with Warehouse Manager / Production Manager to arrange customers deliveries.
Support in the prepare purchase orders and proforma invoices and make it ready for review.
Mange billing of invoices timely from the ERP system and cash register machine
Assist with inspection movement and condemning of units and support sales team when necessary.
Attend to any other assignment which may be given from time to time by a supervisor.
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Developing and documenting files and customer related information into helpful content.
General
Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Employee in the discharge of his/her duties.
Ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company is always maintained
Complies to the company safety procedures standards and regulations and consistently adheres to usage of the right PPEs

Qualifications :
Education and experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Diploma Business Management Business Administration or related fields with one 0 year of relevant experience.
