Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide medical assessments and acute care services to the Department of Homeless Services pediatric adolescent and adult applicants.
- Provide and document adequate assessment details and relevant patient history.
- Complete medical triage health screening forms via CARES.
- Provide counseling for Nicotine Replacement Therapy NRT and Safe Sleeping SIDS.
- Use appropriate and approved reference material Up to Date to provide relevant pediatric and adult patient care at PATH.
Requirements
New York State Nurse Practitioner license; minimum two years clinical experience familiarity with word processing and other computer applications; ability to speak Spanish preferable.
Salary Description
$130000 annually
