About the role

The Campus operations managerat EDU plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student experiences. This role involves managing campus operations ensuring smooth functioning and enhancing student engagement from orientation to graduation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student service.
  • Manage campus operations including facilities equipment and service providers.
  • Ensure student service standards are met and report performance.
  • Organise student and staff events in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
  • Manage informal complaints and continuous improvement processes.
  • Coordinate campus operations including opening closing and event support.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members.

Education Experience and Skills

  • Diploma or higher preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing CRM tools preferred (Zendesk or other)
  • 2 years in a higher education or training organisation.
  • Experience with student services for international students under regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in databases (e.g. CRM Student Management Systems PRISMS) and customer service software (e.g. Zendesk).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Developing leadership and management skills.
  • Positive energetic attitude and enjoys being around people.
