The Role
As a litigation attorney with this firm you will:
- Take the lead on trial preparation and litigation strategy for personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
- The first chair on at least five trials and the second chair on three trials.
- Conduct focus groups to evaluate case strategies.
- Manage discovery processes draft pleadings and motions and negotiate settlements.
- Collaborate with paralegal support staff to build compelling cases.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- A strong track record of trial success
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
