How will you make an impact in this role
We are seeking a detail orientated creative Strategy Manager (think Chief of Staff role) to join the Large Market Cluster Compliance team. The Strategy Manager will serve as a key member of the Leadership Team. He/she will be responsible for a broad range of activities including project management communications and talent initiatives to help ensure our objectives are achieved. To do this we need someone who possesses outstanding thought leadership strategic thinking analytical and organizational skills and will have a proven record of excellence operating independently and thriving within a high performing team environment.Ideally candidate should be a mature and selfaware communicator who can effectively influence at all levels of management multitask and prioritize as our needs evolve.
This role requires strong proficiency in general office management and Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling and visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design excellent communications skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear professional presentations.
- Assist with the creation and of strategies processes initiatives and goals.
- Lead leadership team meetings strategic planning sessions and department town halls.
- Create impactful internal communications including memos & key announcements.
- Develop robust presentations for executive meetings.
- Balance the management of core daytoday business priorities with longterm strategic deliverables.
- Work closely with the MCOs teams on annual capacity planning yearend calibration performance and renumeration.
- Manage and coordinate multiple project work streams.
- Lead colleague engagement initiative and talent management processes across the department.
- Engage and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders including CEG Finance Technologies & Corporate Communications.
- Managing budgets and department travel strategy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highly motivated selfstarter who can provide strategic thought leadership and lead projects with limited guidance ideally with global experience as well as a high degree of cultural awareness.
- Strong communicator with a composed and confident presence who can effectively influence and prioritize as business needs evolve; excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong project management organization and planning skills and the ability to apply them in a fast paced multitasking environment.
- Ability to breakdown complex problems and leverage data analytics to drive outcomes.
- Ability to drive results in a complex matrixed environment and lead through persuasion and expertise with limited direct authority.
- Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong executive presence with ability to effectively build relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate across a diverse set of Blue Box constituents and markets.
- Passion for being a part of a diverse global team operating in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent required; MBA or other Masters degree preferred.
