What Youll Do
Lead daily operations for the Primary Care & WalkIn Clinic at 160 Heritage Way in Kalispell.
Oversee provider recruitment & onboarding to ensure seamless integration into our team.
Implement process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Foster a collaborative environment bringing teams together for problemsolving and innovation.
Address staffing needs & productivity concerns while maintaining a high level of care.
Manage financial performance compliance and strategic planning for clinic success.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
