Are you looking for a parttime opportunity to support faciity operations at a Christcentered school in central Indiana The Oaks Academy provides a rich classical education to children of diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds serving over 1100 students at three campuses in central Indianapolis.
The Operations Coordinator supports the administrative duties of the Director of Operations. She/he assists in organizing the daily operations of the school including managing maintenance and service requests and vendor relationships and scheduling. They manage the inventory of our physical assets and resources and work alongside the school administration team to manage the schedule of the buildings.
