What Youll Be Doing
- Verify and process rail freight invoices and associated Bills of Lading.
- Organize and maintain all counter billing associated with the railcar fleet.
- Develop and maintain KPIs associated with rail logistics and railcar performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers vendors carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends inefficiencies and areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare reports on logistics activities cost analysis forecasting inventory management and supply chain performance.
- Assist with rail movement scheduling and coordination.
