In this role you will:

• Manage all activities related to accounts receivable and reporting according to deadlines

• Maintain good customer relations and following legal and ethical collection practices

• Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner

• Followup with clients on overdue accounts

• Work closely with team members as well as other Order to Cash teams and Sales Department to solve disputes

• Supervise assigned customer accounts to identify unresolved debts

• Other adhoc tasks.

Your time here would be focused on both learning and supporting us in the brave and timely activities delivery. You will be supported by our senior colleagues your direct manager and the assigned buddy.

To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

• Very good English both verbal and written Spanish or Italian will be beneficial

• Ability to perform basic analysis based on data adequate Excel skills

• Be able to work with deadlines or complex tasks

• Proactive mindset and cando attitude

• Attention to details and a high level of accuracy

• Ability to collaborate in the team.
