Feeling disconnected from an industry that typically markets to men cofounder and CEO Noura Sakkijha leveraged her learnings as a thirdgeneration jeweler to rethink the way women purchase jewelryfor themselves. In only seven years and with a team of over 75 women Mejuri has shipped over one million orders and opened retail stores across the globe all while introducing new products weekly.
As part of Nouras original vision to empower women to invest in themselves the brand launched the Empowerment Fund to support underrepresented women and nonbinary individuals with the tools to empower themselves. Senior Merchandise Planner

Mejuri is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner to join our dynamic Planning team! The ideal candidate is a strategic analytical and resultsdriven professional who thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth environment. As a key contributor to Mejuris merchandising and inventory strategies you will leverage datadriven insights to optimize assortment planning drive profitable sales and enhance inventory productivity across all channels.

You will partner closely with teams in Merchandising Commercial Finance Marketing and Supply to develop merchandise plans that align with financial goals and support Mejuris continued growth. Your expertise in forecasting inventory management and trend analysis will play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available in the right places at the right times.

What youll do:

  • Develop and Maintain Merchandise Plans: Build and refine merchandise financial plans opentobuy strategies and inseason inventory management plans by product category channel and region.

  • Analyze and Optimize Inventory Performance: Monitor key performance metrics including sellthrough inventory turnover weeks of supply and margin contribution. Identify opportunities to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

  • Drive CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising Supply Chain Finance and Commercial teams to align sales and inventory plans with broader business objectives. Provide datadriven recommendations to support assortment and allocation strategies.

  • Support Assortment Planning: Contribute to the seasonal assortment planning process by providing insights on historical performance demand trends and customer preferences to inform product selection and depth.

  • Lead InSeason Forecasting and Replenishment: Continuously update forecasts based on sales trends market conditions and business needs. Partner with Supply Planning to optimize replenishment strategies and ensure stock availability.

  • Develop Pricing and Promotion Strategies: Analyze pricing and promotional effectiveness providing recommendations on markdowns margin optimization and discounting strategies.

  • Enhance Reporting and Insights: Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on merchandise performance. Utilize data analytics tools to drive actionable insights and support decisionmaking.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency accuracy and overall effectiveness of the merchandise planning function.

What Youll Bring:

  • 6 years of experience in merchandise planning inventory management or retail analytics within fastpaced retail or ecommerce environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data identify trends and make datadriven recommendations to optimize inventory and sales.

  • Expertise in merchandise financial planning opentobuy management and forecasting methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Excel planning systems (e.g. Blueridge Anaplan) and business intelligence tools.

  • Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with Merchandising Finance Supply Chain and Commercial teams to drive alignment and .

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.

  • Detailoriented highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fastgrowing environment.

  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problemsolving.

  • Enthusiasm for Mejuris mission with experience in retail fashion or jewelry considered a strong asset.

At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another. This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week
