We are currently seeking a Mid-level or Senior Analyst/Planner to join our diverse and talented team.
Summary:Responsible for assisting Project Managers with the preparation and coordination of land use documents and environmental analysis as required under CEQA SMARA and/or NEPA by performing the following duties.

Qualifications:

Language Ability:
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Internet Explorer Google Chrome Microsoft Project Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Outlook.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; Masters Degree is encourage but not required and two to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary this job may be eligible to participate in our corporate discretionary bonus program and depending on the position offered it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Additionally Benchmark Resources offers a wide range of benefits to full-time employees including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) program with employer match vacation and sick leave.
To provide greater transparency to candidates we share base pay ranges for all California based jobs. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar industry companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $70000.00-$100000.00
