Job Description
Description of the role: The Express/Quick Lube Manager at Peter Boulware Toyota will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the express lube and quick lane services. They will manage a team of technicians ensure efficiency in service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise express lube and quick lane technicians.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
- Train and mentor new technicians.
- Maintain highquality standards in service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of express lube and quick lane operations.
- Auto Technician Experience is a PLUS!
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
