$20.02 $28.79The position exists to support clinic operations by 1)providing client support services; 2)maintaining clinic office procedures and processes; 3 managing patient and financial records.
Schedule patientappointment in the Dental Clinic.
Send appointment reminders to patients.
Greet patients and attend to patient needsprior to their appointment.
Assist withpatient appointment records and paperwork
Collect and bill fees for services.
Run account reports.
Submit dental insurance claims.
Collect andsubmit dentist timesheets.
Manage patient files and send patient radiographs to dental offices.
Maintain patient appointment records.
Implement other clinic financial record practices.
Perform other duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the dental departments including Winchester Wellness andmaintain the reputation of the organization asa viable business partner.
Conform to state system and College rules including policies procedures contracts regulations laws mandates and Standards of Excellence Expectations.
Human relations sufficient toassist customers and represent the College in a positive manner.
Oral and written communication sufficient toassist a variety of clients.
Knowledge of general office equipment and procedures.
Dental record management experience.
Ability to function independently to carry out assigned tasks and duties.
