Job Description
OVERVIEW:
Plant Relief employees who are relieving on a daytoday. Plant Relief job involves multiple positions in the Production and Warehouse/Cooler Departments. Duties include Working Foreman Pasteurizer C.I.P. Filler Operator Blow Mold Shipper Product Palletizer Forklift Operator and Warehouse Receiver. Must follow all safety and sanitary policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties may be assigned.

- Filler Operator
- Blow Mold

- Milk Receiver
- Product Palletizer
- Forklift Operator
- Warehouse Receiver
- Follows all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain compliance and ensure that all materials are handled under manufacturers recommendations and internal food safety requirements and under regulatory standards that are established by GMP PMO OSHA and FDA.
- Accurately prepare & maintain all area paperwork documents and downtime records.
- Ensure all containers meet quality assurance checks.
- Maintain sanitation of equipment including hand cleaning; Responsible for general housekeeping to ensure a clean sanitary and safe work area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Work in a noisy atmosphere.
- Wear a protective hearing device.
- Frequently bending
- Work with chemicals.
- Lift and handle merchandise from the floor to a height of 15 feet.
- Climb steps and ladder while carrying objects.
- Frequently lift and carry 25 lbs.
