We provide perforated tubes and cores for filtration exhaust and welded assembly solutions. Our experience deep market knowledge and exceptional customer service enable us to deliver world-class precision-quality perforated solutions. Were looking for a driven Plant Manager to join our leadership team and help take our business to the next level.

Position Summary: The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations drive process improvement and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance safety quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage people systems and performance metrics while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Lead and manage daily operational activities (e.g. production scheduling maintenance and tool room).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency reduce costs and increase output.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery to customers.
  • Develop and coach team members promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Manage scheduling staffing training consumables and resource planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy budgets and capacity planning.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
